These private and semi-private rooms are great for people who need limited assistance.

Residential

The perfect answer for the senior that requires assistance in daily living activities. Basic rates include three prepared meals daily, assistance with medications and bathing, weekly housekeeping assistance, transportation to medical appointments and planned activites. Additional care available as needs progress.

Physical Requirements

• Individuals must be able to dress them self and transfer from bed or a chair without assistance
• Ambulate to the main dining room without staff assistance (may use a wheelchair, walker, or cane as needed)
• Incontinence problems - bowel/bladder: the resident must be able to take care of the problems themselves and dispose of the incontinence product properly.
• If a resident is on Oxygen, they must be able to operate the Oxygen without assistance.
